The integration uses the Advbox API. Check whether API access is included in your plan. If you're unsure, our support confirms it for you before you subscribe. Astrea and PJe integrations are on the way.
Is case data kept secure?
Yes. Tui queries Advbox through the official API with your authorization, and your clients' data is never used for anything beyond answering your messages.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each team member talks to Tui on their own WhatsApp, with access to the firm's information.
Does Tui replace Advbox?
No. Advbox stays the firm's management system; Tui is the fast-access layer over WhatsApp, so you can check and act without opening it.
