Asaas is one of the most widely used billing platforms among small businesses in Brazil: boleto, Pix, card and payment links in one place. The friction is the round trip — open the dashboard, find the client, generate the invoice, copy the link, paste it into WhatsApp.
With the Tui integration, that whole loop becomes a single message. You talk to Tui on WhatsApp, Tui talks to Asaas. Creating an invoice, checking who is overdue, resending a boleto: all without leaving the conversation.
How it works
- 1
Connect your Asaas account in the Tui dashboard with your API key (takes under a minute).
- 2
Message Tui on WhatsApp with whatever you need: create an invoice, check a payment, list what's due.
- 3
Tui executes it in Asaas and answers immediately with the result: payment link, status or report.
In practice: example messages
What you can do with it
- Create one-off or recurring invoices without opening the Asaas dashboard
- Get a WhatsApp alert the moment a payment is confirmed
- List overdue clients and fire off payment reminders
- Check how much came in today, this week or this month
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay Asaas extra to use the integration?
No. The integration uses the official Asaas API, available on every plan. You pay only the usual Asaas per-invoice fees and your Tui subscription.
Does Tui have access to my money in Asaas?
No. Tui creates and reads invoices through the API, but the money still lands directly in your Asaas account. Tui never moves your balance.
Can I create recurring invoices (subscriptions)?
Yes. You can ask Tui to create Asaas subscriptions on whatever schedule you want, and it tells you as each instalment is paid.
If a client pays, will I know?
Yes. Tui can notify you on WhatsApp when a payment is confirmed, and also send daily or weekly summaries of what came in.
